Abstract:
The paper tells about scientific technical social and economic problems of using ground and space monitoring data to forecast strong earthquakes. It shows that early detecting of disasters risks can be done using monitoring system with complex model inspecting Earth’s lithosphere, atmosphere and ionosphere, its approaches are presented in the paper. It is proved by complex using distant diagnosis of seismogenic ionosphere anomalies over seismologically active regions online. Practicing of this system will allow us to see seismic anomalies of strong earthquakes under preparation.
