Abstract:

Cadastre registry of real estate assets in its 3D-form assists the improvement of the system of guarantees of rights to real estate assets, and is the result of development of cadastre systems. The best worldwide practices of creation of the 3Dcadastre demonstrate excellent potential for development of a 3D-cadastre in Russia. Considering inrernational best practices, currently in the Russian Federation it is planned to begin work at allowing the description of real estate assets in the 3D-form. The said goal is attained by allowing to enter heights into the current 2D-cadastre. The article considers changes entered into the Rules of Procedure for the state cadastre of property, lists their advantages and disadvantages, and offers suggestions for further improvement of the current legislation in the sphere of cadastre, which would allow describing real estate assets in the 3D-form.
