Abstract:

The necessity to use map data of a local coordinate system (LCS) and space data of the World Geodetic System (WGS) at the same time causes serious problems as there are no conversion keys or such keys are inaccurate. The article focuses on the single-valued reciprocal conversion formulas of coordinates and their conversion coefficients. Balancing adjustment of the conversion coefficients from the LCS data to WGS-84 and inversely is conducted by using Microsoft Excel.
