The developing technique of three-dimension realistic scene creation by means of lidar is shown in the article. Experimental works carried out according to real lidar survey data of Omsk city, Ivolginsky area, Niagara-Falls city and its processing practical recommendations are presented. 3-D models accuracy estimation is produced.
