Ways of improvement of quality of the spatial description of objects of a state cadastre of the real estate through creation of uniform coordinate space on territory of the Subject of the Russian Federation are considered. The technique and the algorithms providing recalculation of the metric description of objects of a cadastre from set of LCS in uniform LCS of the subject of the Russian Federation, based on the state system of coordinates 1995г is offered.
